This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who can drive complex Workday initiatives, challenge solutions constructively, and collaborate with global stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment., * 7+ years of experience working with Workday.

 * 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
 * Strong expertise in Workday HCM and Talent Management.
 * Proven ability to challenge business and technical decisions in a constructive manner.
 * Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience working with implementation partners and system integrators.
 * Fluent English, both written and spoken.
 * Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.

## Description

* Lead the Workday project from a Project Management perspective.
 * Perform functional assessments and validate proposed solution designs.
 * Review, analyze, and challenge recommendations from system integrators and business stakeholders.
 * Ensure alignment between business objectives and the overall transformation roadmap.
 * Coordinate deployments, releases, testing activities, and project milestones.
 * Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
 * Facilitate communication across business, HR, IT, and external partners.
 * Ensure timely delivery of project objectives and key deliverables.
