You will lead customer engagements across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments-from discovery and architecture through implementation, integration, automation, and enablement. Working closely with security, PKI, cloud, DevOps, and engineering teams, you will translate customer requirements into practical solutions that improve security, visibility, governance, and operational efficiency. You will act as a customer advocate and subject matter expert, collaborating with internal Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering and Global Delivery Teams.
