## About the Role

Formation : Bac+2 Informatique (support / systèmes et résesaux)
Expérience : 4 à 6 ans sur un poste similaire en support / helpdesk.
Environnement technique : Windows 10/11, Active Directory, O365, matériel (postes, mobiles, imprimantes).
Réseau & Outils : TCP/IP, VPN, SSL, Wifi, GLPI. Des notions en VDI Citrix, switchs/firewalls, DHCP/DNS et EDR sont un plus.
Savoir-être : Sens du service, excellentes capacités d'écoute, d'analyse et rédactionnelles.

## Description

Vous intégrez l'équipe support dédiée à l'accompagnement des utilisateurs au quotidien, vous réalisez les missions suivantes :

 - Prendre en charge les sollicitations (téléphone, outil ITSM GLPI) et consigner précisément les interventions.
 - Assurer la résolution à distance (prises en main, diagnostic) et escalader si nécessaire.
 - Analyser les incidents de manière proactive pour éviter leur récurrence.
 - Rédiger des procédures techniques et des tutoriels pour l'autonomie des utilisateurs.
