Cloud-Native Proficiency: Highly familiar with cloud environments (e.G. Kubernetes, Operator patterns) and building infrastructure-controlling APIs.
Automation & Observability: Secure use of a wide range of automation tools as well as profound knowledge in building modern monitoring landscapes.
Analytical & Strategic: Excellent problem-solving skills for complex performance bottlenecks and the ability to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
