 * Additional IT certifications such as Google IT Support, Coursera IT, or similar.
 * Previous help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience., * Ability to pass a drug screening (non-THC) and 7-year background check.
 * Occasional travel may be required for training and support activities.

## Description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide software, desktop, and handheld device support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their IT career while gaining hands-on experience supporting end users and business technology., * Provide phone-based and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software applications.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, imaging, and access-related issues.
 * Perform laptop hardware repairs and component replacement, including memory, motherboards, and other internal components.
 * Image and configure systems for deployment.
 * Communicate effectively with users and internal support teams to resolve technical issues.
 * Document support activities and maintain accurate records.
