## About the Role

* 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD, * 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD.
 * Bachelor's degree preferred, CRM, IGP or other relevant certification preferred
 * 7-10 years' experience required
 * Experience working on large-scale global projects
 * Strong capability for summarizing and presenting key decision-points
 * Strong technical aptitude
 * Exercises independent judgement

Technical:

 * Verbal and written communication skills that bridge the gap between business and technology stakeholders and terminology
 * Problem solving skills with the ability to conceptualize solutions (Required)
 * Knowledge of tool design techniques and principles for systems implementations
 * Strong aptitude with computer software, such as Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
 * Advanced knowledge of enterprise content management systems, data and record repositories
 * Understanding inter-dependencies of application data.
