## About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Analyst with proven experience across Azure and Microsoft 365 (Intune & Entra) to join our IT team., * Experience working in a 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support role

 * Hands-on administration of Azure (VMs, networking, identity)
 * Experience with Microsoft 365, including Intune and Entra (Azure AD)
 * Strong understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory
 * Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently in a structured, logical way
 * Comfortable explaining real examples of issues you've diagnosed and resolved, * Someone with a few years' experience in IT who has built practical, hands-on skills
 * A genuine problem solver who can clearly explain their thought process
 * A candidate who is keen to learn and develop, particularly in Azure and networking
 * Someone who is honest and accurate about their experience, If you have real, hands-on experience with Azure and M365 (Intune & Entra) and enjoy solving technical problems, we'd love to hear from you.
