## About the Role

* Proven experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with expertise in Core HCM and Compensation & Benefits modules.
 * Demonstrable experience leading the design, configuration, testing and deployment of Oracle Compensation and Benefits solutions within large-scale Oracle HCM transformation programmes.
 * Strong understanding of compensation, rewards and benefits processes and how these are enabled within Oracle HCM Cloud.
 * Background working as a Functional Consultant, advising clients and implementing HR business process change.
 * Demonstrable experience leading client-facing meetings and facilitating workshops with large stakeholder groups.
 * Experience managing end-to-end workstreams, including leading offshore teams through design, build, test and deployment phases.
 * Previous consulting experience, including involvement in pre-sales, solution shaping and business development activities.

Skills We'd Love to See / Amazing Extras

 * Experience across additional Oracle HCM modules such as Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Modelling or Work Life.
 * Oracle Cloud HCM certifications.
 * Experience delivering complex HR transformation programmes within large enterprise organisations.
 * Experience working within KPMG Powered Enterprise or other leading-practice delivery methodologies.]
