## Description

We are looking for an elite, hands-on Staff Software Engineer - Mobile to serve as our primary execution engine and cross-product technical anchor.

 * The Daily Focus: Stay deeply hands-on, driving velocity and relentlessly delivering enterprise-grade mobile experiences for one of our core products.
 * The Bigger Picture: Act as the technical guiding light across our broader mobile footprint-mentoring engineers and ensuring architectural consistency across other product lines.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Deliver, Deliver, Deliver: Drive the engineering velocity, performance, and hands-on execution of one of our core mobile products.
 * Define the Architecture Strategy: Architect modular, reusable component systems and predictable state management solutions (React, Zustand / Redux, Context API).
 * Set the Technical Standard: Establish shared mobile architectures, clean navigation, and routing strategies across all product lines.
 * Elevate the Team: Guide and mentor mobile talent across both in-house squads and external contractor teams.
 * Pioneer Agentic AI: Integrate GenAI and Agentic AI tools into the daily developer lifecycle to accelerate delivery and cut routine friction.
 * Streamline Pipelines: Partner with QA and DevOps to mature automated CI/CD pipelines and minimize App Store submission friction.
