## About the Role

* CCNA or equivalent Cisco certification preferred
 * 5+ years in telecom field work, with 2+ years leading crews
 * Hands-on experience with Cisco switching, routing, and voice platforms
 * Strong fiber and copper termination and testing skills (OTDR, fusion splicing, certification testing)
 * Ability to read prints and troubleshoot in the field with limited direction
 * Valid driver's license and clean driving record
 * Comfortable with lifts, ladders, and travel to job sites as needed

## Description

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Telecom Foreman / Lead Engineer (Cisco)., We're looking for a hands-on Telecom Foreman to lead field crews through installation, configuration, and turn-up of Cisco network and voice infrastructure. You'll run the day-to-day on site: assigning work, keeping jobs on schedule, enforcing safety and quality standards, and serving as the main technical point of contact for the customer.

What you'll do:

 * Lead a crew of technicians on telecom installs, upgrades, and cutovers
 * Install, terminate, and test copper, fiber, and coax; rack and stack network gear
 * Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and voice/UC equipment
 * Read and work from prints, RFDS, and site drawings; redline as-builts
 * Coordinate material, tools, and daily schedules with the project manager
 * Document work, close out tickets, and confirm sites meet spec before turnover
