Microsoft Intune (Mobile Device Management Software), Provide technical leadership and serve as escalation point for critical incidents, including resolution and post-incident analysis - Design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure - Act as a subject matter expert for assigned platforms and lead infrastructure upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and improvement initiatives - Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and proactively identify risks and opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency - Design, support, and enhance modern cloud services including Azure, Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, and security platforms - Apply automation and scripting to improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency - Collaborate with project managers, security, application teams, and business stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs, security, and budget - Develop and maintain technical standards, procedures, and
