As a commercial Painter with CBRE, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing a world-class facility through high-quality finishes, surface prep, and specialty coatings. You'll take pride in your craft while working safely, efficiently, and collaboratively to deliver exceptional results for our client. What You'll Do: * Use necessary tools and equipment to complete duties related to application of varnish, polyurethane, primer paint, and other specialty coatings. * Repair and remodel imperfections; mask, prepare, and protect surfaces to ensure facilities are properly maintained. * Responsible for loading, unloading, preparing and cleaning job sites, materials, and tools. * Clean and maintain equipment by removing all traces of used materials to sustain a safe and hazard-free work environment. * Review assigned work orders. Estimate time and order materials, equipment, tools to complete assigned work. * Ensure that all tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned, stored, and maintained for optimum performance and safety. * Participate in all required HSE-related programs & activities as required. * Report any conditions that could result in an accident or injury to management. * Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
