## About the Role

* Experience managing technical projects, with at least 3 years specifically focused on broadcast, A/V, or media technology systems integration.
 * PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
 * Strong understanding of core broadcast and IT infrastructure concepts (e.g., routing, signal flow, networking, storage).
 * Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Expert proficiency with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, AutoCAD, Jira) and standard office productivity tools.
 * Experience with IP-based broadcast solutions (SMPTE 2110, NDI, etc.).
 * Familiarity with cloud media workflows (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
 * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Do you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, leading complex projects from concept to completion? If so, we want you to join our team! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Systems Design Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our cutting-edge broadcast infrastructure and technology projects., As our Senior Systems Design Engineer, you will be the driving force behind our key technology initiatives, including:

 * Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for broadcast systems installations, upgrades, and migrations (e.g., control rooms, studios & technical spaces).
 * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation models.
 * Coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders.
 * Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and identify/mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
 * Maintain detailed project documentation, including specifications, change orders, status reports, and final handover documentation.
 * Possess a working knowledge of modern broadcast technologies (e.g., IP video/SMPTE 2110, cloud-based systems, baseband infrastructure, asset management).
