## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or math field, with 6+ years of experience
 * Active SECRET security clearance
 * Programming skills in C/C++ or Python or MATLAB.
 * Capable of learning/using version control systems (Git, Gitlab)
 * Comfortable working in an engineering lab environment and being hands on with test instrumentation
 * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

 * Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test)
 * Proficient with test equipment including RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multi-meters
 * Possess an active Top Secret security clearance
 * Field or Flight Test experience

## Description

We are seeking a Principal Systems Engineer with a strong ATCS background to lead the development of automated Hardware-in-the-Loop test capability for mission-critical advance compact electronic systems. This role involves automated verification, system-level testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high reliability and performance., * Liaison with a partner organization to leverage an existing automated test environment

 * Configure and maintain test environments in the target facility
 * Work with Systems Engineers and Electronic Warfare SMEs to automate existing procedures and analysis
 * Perform verification and validation of software and hardware components.
 * Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
 * Collaborate with Software Engineering team to leverage new automated test environment into CI/CD pipelines
