This role will have a strong emphasis on supporting phone and communications systems while also providing exposure to Cisco Meraki networking, switching, wireless, firewalls, and connectivity. The ideal candidate will have some foundational networking or technical support experience and be eager to continue developing their skills in an enterprise environment.
