* Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Fachhandelspartner bei technischen Fragen rund um unsere Produkte
 * Du begleitest eigenständig oder im Team technische Projekte, unterstützt bei Installationen und hilfst bei der Inbetriebnahme
 * Du analysierst technische Störungen und findest passende Lösungen
 * Du dokumentierst deine Arbeit sauber und bringst dich bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse mit ein
 * Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg*innen aus Produktentwicklung und Produktmanagement zusammen - deine Rückmeldungen fließen direkt in unsere Lösungen ein
