* Unterstützung der Logistikmitarbeiter bei der täglichen Anwendung von SAP EWM und SAP TM
 * Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Störungen im Rahmen des First- und Second-Level-Supports
 * Analyse von Prozessabweichungen sowie Abstimmung geeigneter Lösungsmaßnahmen mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
 * Durchführung von Funktionstests nach Systemanpassungen, Updates und Releases
 * Schulung und fachliche Betreuung der Anwender in den SAP-Modulen EWM und TM
