## Description

* Als Salesforce Solution Architect unterstützt du das agile ECP Projektteam (ERP CRM Programm) unseres Kunden im Rahmen eines großen Transformationsprojekts bei folgenden Aufgaben:
 * Architektur & Design: Du gestaltest und entwickelst die CRM Architektur ('Salesforce Service Cloud') weiter und entwirfst zukunftsfähige Lösungsdesigns (z. B. Case Management, Omni Channel-Routing).
 * Integration & Schnittstellen: Du bindest Drittsysteme (wie Telefonie, Chatbots) über APIs an und nutzt 'Mulesoft' als Middleware.
 * Prozessautomatisierung: Du optimierst und automatisierst Customer-Service-Prozesse mittels 'Salesforce Flows' und eventbasierten Salesforce-Technologien ('Platform Events', 'Streaming API', etc.).
 * Datenmanagement: Du führst eigenverantwortlich Datenmigrationen, -validierungen und -bereinigungen durch.
 * Dokumentation: Du stellst die kontinuierliche Aktualität der technischen Entwicklerdokumentation sicher
