* Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in PMO- oder Projektmanagement-Funktionen in großen Transformationsprogrammen
 * Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld (z. B. SAP S/4HANA, SAP Logistics, SAP Aftersales oder internationale Rollout-Projekte)
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Programm-Governance, Reporting, Budget- und Risikomanagement
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern und Systemintegratoren
 * Methodenkenntnisse in klassischem Projektmanagement sowie agilen Frameworks
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in internationalen Programmstrukturen
