 * Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge rasch sowohl theoretisch als auch praktisch zu erfassen.
 * Starke Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit der Kompetenz, interdisziplinäre Einheiten fachlich anzuleiten und zu koordinieren.
 * Exzellente analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Methodik.
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
 * Nationale und internationale Reisebereitschaft.
