* Qualifikation: Erfolgreich absolviertes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine Ausbildung zur/m Fachinformatiker/in für Anwendungsentwicklung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
 * Frontend & Backend: Fundierte Praxis in der Frontend-Gestaltung mittels Angular sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der serverseitigen Entwicklung mit C# / .NET Core und Java.
 * Datenbanken & Tools: Versierter Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (z. B. Oracle, PostgreSQL) und PL/SQL; vertraut mit agilen Vorgehensweisen (Scrum/Kanban, Atlassian-Toolset), Git sowie ersten CI/CD-Erfahrungen.
 * Arbeitsweise & Persönlichkeit: Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein strukturierter, eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil.
 * Kommunikation: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Schnittstellenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams.
