## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in OCM, Communications, Business, IT, HR, or related field
 * 3+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training, or project coordination
 * Experience supporting large-scale organizational or digital transformation initiatives

 * Experience in higher education, public sector, or complex enterprise environments
 * Familiarity with web governance, website modernization, or digital transformation initiatives
 * Knowledge of accessibility standards, intake workflows, or ServiceNow processes
 * Prosci, ADKAR, or other OCM certification/coursework preferred

## Description

Seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a large-scale web modernization and governance initiative. This fully remote role will help drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, process documentation, and user adoption across campus.

 * Support OCM activities for web modernization and governance initiatives
 * Assist with stakeholder engagement and change management plans
 * Coordinate communications, readiness, and adoption activities
 * Develop training materials, FAQs, job aids, and process documentation
 * Support governance workflows, intake processes, and operational readiness
 * Collaborate with project teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders
 * Track risks, stakeholder concerns, and adoption barriers
