## About the Role

Want real autonomy, genuinely interesting technical problems and work that matters across policing, national security and central government?, 3+ years of commercial engineering experience. They're open across the stack, with strong backend or cloud experience the priority.

 * Backend: Python, Java, C++, C# or Rust
 * Cloud: AWS, Azure or Kubernetes
 * Frontend: TypeScript or React (nice to have)

Who They're Looking For

They want genuine problem solvers who enjoy working closely with customers and colleagues. As part of a smaller, rapidly growing business you'll have real influence over how you and the company develop, plus the chance to mentor more junior engineers.

Some level of experience within Defence, National Security or Policing / Justice is required.

## Description

You'll be building and delivering software as part of capability development programmes across national security, policing and the wider public sector. The work moves at pace and the impact is tangible, whether that's designing resilient backend services, integrating complex data sources or building the tooling that analysts rely on to make critical decisions.
