## About the Role

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on e-commerce experience, particularly with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and/or Shopify, and be comfortable working in a fast-changing start-up environment., * 1-2 years of proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and/or Shopify

 * Strong practical knowledge of e-commerce operations is essential
 * Experience launching, establishing or developing e-commerce operations would be highly advantageous
 * Experience working within a start-up or newly established subsidiary is preferred
 * Business level English is must, and business level of German and/or French
 * Proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership in an evolving environment
 * Able to make informed decisions independently and adapt to changing business needs
 * Flexible, resilient and open to taking on new responsibilities as the business grows
 * Strong team player who is excited to help shape a brand-new office culture

## Description

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations, managing Amazon and Shopify platforms, and supporting the launch and growth of the UK and European online business., * Take ownership of the company's day-to-day e-commerce operations

 * Manage and continuously improve Amazon and Shopify platforms
 * Maintain online product listings, content, pricing and marketplace performance
 * Handle customer support, including order enquiries, questions and returns, across Amazon and the D2C site.
 * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations
 * Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and customer experience
 * Support the launch and continued growth of the UK and European online business
 * Liaise with external partners and service providers and support related documentation as these needs arise during the start-up phase
 * Undertake a wide variety of evolving responsibilities as the business develops
