## About the Role

* Hands-on background in Copilot and AI-enabled solution delivery, with strong supporting Power Platform experience, within a Microsoft partner or consultancy environment
 * Proven experience managing team utilisation and revenue within a Microsoft delivery practice
 * Comfortable owning senior client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
 * This could suit someone already at Lead level, or someone at Architect level ready to step up

## Description

* Owning end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI and Power Platform-based solutions: scoping, development oversight, training, adoption, change management and governance
 * Managing revenue and utilisation across the delivery team
 * Sitting on the client steering committee, owning the senior stakeholder relationship
 * Acting as the primary escalation point for delivery issues
 * Building, leading and developing a team of AI Consultants and Architects
 * Tracking and improving delivery throughput through the use of AI
