## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree.

 * 5-7+ years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.

 * Epic Application Certification/Accreditation.

 * Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration, and testing tasks.

 * Excellent customer service skills.

 * Critical thinking skills.

 * Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

 * Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

 * Knowledge of project management principles.

 * Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or a relevant field; 5 years healthcare industry experience, preferably in the insurance segment, in lieu of degree.

 * Epic certification in one or more Payer Platform modules (e.g., Payer Platform Core, Payer Platform Member Experience, Tapestry) strongly preferred.

 * Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Epic Payer Platform solutions in a healthcare setting.
