## About the Role

* 5+ years' experience in IT Support, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.
 * Strong 2nd Line Support experience and the ability to work independently.
 * Significant experience supporting Mac/Apple devices in a business environment.
 * Experience with Workspace ONE and/or MDM platforms.
 * Strong knowledge of Okta and Active Directory.
 * Experience working with Jira Service Management (JSM).
 * Good knowledge of Google Workspace.
 * Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence, ideally within an Agile environment.
 * A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to hit the ground running.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * The ability to balance day-to-day BAU support with project-based work.

## Description

* Provide 2nd Line IT Support across hardware, software, applications and infrastructure-related issues.
 * Provide hands-on support to users across a predominantly Mac (70%) and Windows (30%) environment.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating where appropriate.
 * Manage and support devices through Workspace ONE and/or other MDM platforms.
 * Administer and troubleshoot Okta and Active Directory, including user accounts, access and permissions.
 * Support and administer Google Workspace across the business.
 * Manage incidents and service requests through Jira Service Management (JSM).
 * Work with Jira and Confluence within an Agile technology environment.
 * Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, account setup and access management.
 * Assist with hardware, software and endpoint management, including configuration, patching and security requirements.
 * Contribute to IT projects and wider technology initiatives alongside BAU support responsibilities.
 * Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge articles within relevant IT systems.
 * Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements across the IT support function.
 * Provide a high level of customer service to users across the organisation.
