## About the Role

* Extensive experience as a Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Backend Developer.
 * Strong coding skills in Python or Node.js, with a solid understanding of API development and integration.
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerisation (Docker).
 * Experience using Git version control and participating in code reviews within an agile team environment.

Other Things We're Looking For (Key Criteria)

 * Interest or experience in digital media workflows, video processing, or metadata management.
 * Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, ready to tackle operational blockers hands-on.

## Description

* Software Development: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code to support the development of the internal Ingest Portal and Central Work Board integrations.
 * Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain automated pre-match media scripting and metadata extraction tools using Python/Node.js.
 * System Integration: Integrate third-party SaaS platforms and operational tools (Monday.com, Rightsline, Salesforce) using enterprise REST/GraphQL APIs.
 * Infrastructure Support: Assist in the deployment and configuration of Cloud NAS infrastructure and digital asset management tools.
 * Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily sprint ceremonies, working closely with the Technical BA to estimate technical effort and deliver user stories.
