This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will define, architect, and execute the future of our data platform. This role requires onsite presence for the first 30-60 days with no exceptions. This is critical for alignment, team integration, and execution. Hybrid flexibility may be considered after 60 days based on performance and business needs. This is a ground-floor opportunity to: * Architect a modern, scalable Azure-based data platform * Eliminate inefficiencies and legacy reporting limitations * Directly influence executive decision-making through data * Build and mentor a high-performing data team If you want ownership, visibility, and the ability to make a real impact, this is it.
