* 7+ years client-facing - Solutions Architect, Solutions/Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales or Technical Consultant
 * Deep, hands-on IAM: IDP/IDaaS, SSO, SAML/SCIM, provisioning, governance
 * Led large-scale, global IAM programmes end to end
 * Real depth in Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock or SailPoint
 * The consultant's knack for turning business goals into a technical plan - and holding a room, engineers or execs

Bonus if you've touched AdTech, worked with APIs (Swagger, Postman), or speak another European language. Nice to have, not dealbreakers.
