## About the Role

* Strong experience in design systems - architecture, component management, rollout
 * Strong UI & Visual Design skills - aesthetics, brand, micro-interactions, polish
 * Extensive AI Experience: AI workflow experience and using AI to push component updates, experimenting with agentic UI generation
 * Able to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
 * Experience in B2B / B2G, and SC Clearance/SC eligibility is desirable (not essential).

## Description

* Reporting directly to the Head of Product & Design, you'd take complete ownership of architecting their central design system (Springboard)
 * A core objective for the role will be pioneering how design systems support dynamic, Generative-AI UI and agentic component rendering, working side-by-side with a dedicated Design Systems Engineer
 * Consolidate, architect, and own the design system centrally
