 * Architect solutions across Intranet, Employee Communications, Personalization, Governance & Analytics.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Viva engage, Teams and SharePoint integrations.
 * Lead discovery workshops, solution design, implementation advisory, and change/adoption strategies.
 * Demonstrate SME expertise in 1-2 areas such as Integration Architecture, Content Strategy, or Change Management.
