## About the Role

* Strong experience in Service Architecture, Service Design, Service Management or Service Delivery
 * Direct MoD experience - essential
 * Experience contributing to MoD bids / pre-bid activity
 * Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills
 * Experience producing service models, diagrams and supporting documentation
 * ITIL certification - essential
 * SAFe - desirable

You don't need to be a deep technical architect - we're looking for someone who understands how complex services are designed, integrated, operated and delivered.

## Description

We're looking for a Senior Service Consultant / Service Architect to join a specialist Service Consultancy team, working closely with MoD customers across major bids, service design and technology transformation.

This is a highly client-facing role where you'll act as an SME across service architecture, service management and service delivery, helping translate complex customer requirements into practical, deliverable solutions., * Support and shape MoD bid and pre-bid activity

 * Provide SME input across service architecture and service management
 * Develop service models, design documentation and operational approaches
 * Work closely with customers, partners and internal technical teams
 * Support services across the full service delivery lifecycle
 * Engage and influence senior stakeholders
