 * Vendor management experience
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
 * Authorization to work in the United States, * Strong relationship-building and communication skills
 * Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills
 * High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
 * Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
 * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
 * Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities effectively
 * Desire to continually learn new technologies and improve skill set

## Description

* Manage a dedicated book of business from onboarding through quarterly and annual reviews.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with client owners, stakeholders, and C-level executives.
 * Ensure clients' technology aligns with their business goals and corporate objectives.
 * Establish and communicate long-term IT strategies and technology roadmaps for clients.
 * Conduct regular technology alignment meetings with clients and internal teams.
 * Create, review, and explain Scopes of Work (SOWs).
 * Recommend strategic technology solutions aligned with client business needs.
 * Coordinate with System Analysts, Service Desk teams, and project teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
 * Take ownership of client concerns, escalations, and strategic initiatives.
 * Represent client interests internally and advocate for successful outcomes.
 * Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology providers as needed.
 * Maintain proactive communication regarding action items, recommendations, and next steps.
