## About the Role

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, Do you have experience as a Network Analyst? Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Human Services Network Analyst to support and manage critical infrastructure and enterprise technologies within the IT department. This is a high-level network and systems engineering role responsible for the administration, maintenance, security, and optimization of multiple advanced technologies and enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience in computer network engineering, Microsoft 365/Azure administration, cybersecurity technologies, and enterprise infrastructure support. We are looking for a self-starter who can effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical staff in a dynamic environment with competing priorities., * Recent experience in computer network engineering required

 * Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
 * Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure technologies
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

## Description

* Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
 * Support Palo Alto Networks technologies including Firewalls, SD-WAN, Prisma, and GlobalProtect
 * Manage Cisco network infrastructure including routing, switching, and wireless systems
 * Maintain Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows Server technologies
 * Support network security, vulnerability management, and monitoring systems
