## About the Role

Immediate opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator with SAP S/4HANA experience to join a busy Project Team.

This is a varied project support role, working across materials, services, purchasing, requisitions, invoices, approvals and project closeout activities. You must be confident using SAP S/4HANA and able to support a fast-paced project environment.
Based in or close to Nottingham, with hybrid working available following the initial four weeks., * SAP S/4HANA experience is essential

 * Previous Project Administration or Project Support experience
 * Experience supporting purchasing, requisitions or invoice processes
 * Strong IT and data management skills
 * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
 * Able to commute to Nottingham
 * Available to interview and start immediately

## Description

* Support the Project Team with day-to-day administration
 * Raise material and service demands within SAP S/4HANA
 * Support purchasing and requisition processes
 * Process invoices and support purchasing activities
 * Manage approvals and workflows
 * Support NCC and PCC amendments
 * Assist with project closeout activities
 * Maintain data quality and support reporting
