## About the Role

We are looking for strong Full Stack Principal Engineers to lead a squad of 8-10 with the following experience:

 * Seniority: experience leading as a principal, staff level or tech lead.
 * Ownership / Accountability: Have been responsible for the end to end delivery of technical products.
 * The Key technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Azure, Kafka, React/Typescript, React Native, (Using AI Tools is a big Plus).
 * Experience with API's, Microservices, Event Driven Architecture. (Greenfield Next Generation Solutions is a big plus)
