* Master's degree or PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related quantitative field
 * Commercial experience building and deploying NLP or ML solutions into production
 * Strong understanding of both traditional NLP methods and modern LLMs
 * Experience taking products from research or prototype stage through to production
 * Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals
 * Experience working with large-scale unstructured data
