Staff Engineer / Developer (C# .Net AWS Python) London / WFH to 120kWould you like to join a growing and profitable scale-up recognised as a leading FinTech disruptor, where you'll have significant influence, visibility and genuine opportunities for progression?As a Staff Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the technology strategy, architecting and building highly performant, scalable solutions across the Microsoft technology stack. Collaborating closely with cross-functional Agile teams in two week sprints, you'll champion engineering best practice, drive technical standards and ensure high quality software is delivered on schedule.There's plenty of new development ahead, with a range of new features and initiatives to shape. You'll also play a key role in driving the adoption of AI across the business, exploring opportunities such as chatbots, automation and AI powered process improvements.This is a high-impact position with excellent visibility across the organisation.
