## Description

You'll lead multi disciplinary engineering teams across electronics, software, and mechanical to deliver next generation products. Working closely with Product Management and senior stakeholders, you'll drive projects from concept through to delivery., * Lead engineering teams to deliver new products and features

 * Manage complex projects including planning, budgeting, and delivery

 * Collaborate with Product Management on product roadmap

 * Line manage engineers and support team development

 * Drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement
