Raytheon is seeking a talented and motivated Radar Systems Engineer II to join our Surface Radars and Radars team within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Discipline, supporting a range of sensor and effector programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of the product, from concept development to deployment. Every day will bring new challenges, requiring collaboration across disciplines to troubleshoot issues, perform data analysis, and implement solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the success of mission-critical defense systems, and you'll have a hands-on role in ensuring the entire system functions seamlessly This is an onsite position based in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The role may require up to 20% travel to RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations to support test events and mission execution.
