## Description

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead complex application, infrastructure, clinical, and shared-services initiatives within a large enterprise environment. Successful candidates will possess a "paratrooper" mentality: the ability to quickly assess unfamiliar situations, create structure in ambiguous environments, identify critical risks, and drive outcomes with minimal direction. This individual must be comfortable operating within complex organizations, influencing diverse stakeholder groups, and leading high-visibility initiatives from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with adaptability, resilience, and a bias toward action., * Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application and infrastructure projects

 * Quickly evaluate project health, identify risks, uncover dependencies, and determine critical-path activities
 * Establish project governance, schedules, budgets, risk registers, communication plans, and decision-tracking processes
 * Drive alignment among technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership
 * Identify and resolve roadblocks while maintaining momentum toward business objectives
 * Facilitate executive-level communications and provide concise project status updates and recommendations
 * Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
 * Create order and accountability within projects that may lack structure or clear direction
 * Escalate risks appropriately and help leadership make informed decisions
