## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
 * Working proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, or Python
 * Demonstrable curiosity about LLMs - coursework, side projects, or an articulate opinion about why a prompt failed
 * Fundamentals: Git, writing tests, reading unfamiliar code, HTTP/REST
 * Clear written communication

Preferred - React/Next.js any Google Cloud Platform or Azure exposure Docker, CI/CD hands-on use of AI coding tools any exposure to prompt evaluation.

Each associate is paired with one of my senior engineers as a mentor.

## Description

As an Elevate consultant you will be immersed in a supportive learning environment that includes:

Day to day

 * Building evals and datasets; catching quality regressions before customers do
 * Prompt engineering for a live customer-facing agent - tone, refusals, guardrails
 * Debugging agent behaviour through Langfuse traces
 * Feature work in our Temporal-based agent harness
 * Chat UI in React/Next.js; tests; code review
