## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, We are seeking a customer-focused Tier 1 IT Support Analyst to provide frontline technical support for teachers, students, staff, and families within a K-12 school district environment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, password resets, account support, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace assistance, classroom technology support, and ticket management using ITSM tools.

Requirements:

 * 1-3 years of Help Desk or IT Support experience
 * Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
 * Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems
 * Ability to support non-technical users in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

 * K-12 or education support experience
 * CompTIA A+ or similar certification
