Duties # Responsibilities Designing and Supporting Firewall Systems: Plan, build, and maintain secure firewall systems using hardware and software. Configuring and Managing Rules: Set up firewall policies, control data flow, and update access rules. Internet Whitelisting: Assists in investigating and whitelisting approved websites for organizational business use. Monitoring Network Traffic: Watch logs and alerts to spot suspicious activity or data breaches. Troubleshooting Issues: Fix connection failures, routing errors, and hardware or software glitches. Upgrading and Patching: Install system updates and new security software for compliance.
