## About the Role

* Strong understanding of ERP concepts and the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, defect resolution, and cutover readiness
 * Ability to validate system functionality against business requirements while ensuring data accuracy and process effectiveness
 * Experience managing and prioritizing ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests in a fast-paced, business-critical environment
 * Solid understanding of database systems and data warehousing concepts
 * Experience working with Power BI and reporting tools, leveraging multiple data sources to support analysis and business insights
 * Advanced SQL skills with the ability to extract, analyze, and validate data across complex environments

## Description

* Support the Global ERP implementation, including functional UAT, data validation, reporting development, and overall business readiness activities
 * Help ensure successful testing, defect resolution, and cutover readiness throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle
 * Monitor and support systems performance to ensure reliable business operations
 * Fulfill ad-hoc and recurring data requests to support KPI tracking, performance analysis, and operational reporting
 * Partner with stakeholders to validate business requirements and ensure system functionality aligns with operational needs
