## About the Role

* 5+ years designing training for major ERP systems
 * 3+ years hands-on instructional design across multiple SAP modules
 * Hands-on build experience in enterprise training/in-app guidance platforms (WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, Articulate, or comparable)
 * Advanced knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and instructional design methodology
 * Expert-level Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice-to-Have

 * Experience training on Sales, Pricing, Supply Chain, Production, or Warehouse SAP modules specifically
 * Experience running Train-the-Trainer programs at scale
 * Background on large, multi-year ERP transformation programs
 * Familiarity with distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain business processes
