Job Description * Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado, enabling streamlined CI/CD processes, version control, and automated deployments across environments

 * Proven experience managing end to end Salesforce deployments using Copado across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments

 * Hands on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Copado integrated with Git based version control systems

 * Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado

 * Experience coordinating data migration alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools

 * Ability to automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths

 * Experience conducting impact analysis and resolving dependencies prior to deployments

 * Exposure to multi org strategies or org consolidation initiatives

 * Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
