## About the Role

If you're a senior full-stack engineer who enjoys solving real business problems and is comfortable using modern AI tools to deliver faster, this role could be a great fit., As the Senior Software Engineer you will bring:

-Proven ability to connect with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions

-Experience working in a hybrid team environment

-Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar)

Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset, Strong full-stack development experience with:
Java and/or C#
JavaScript, React and Angular
Exposure to Salesforce development or integration

## Description

You'll be a key part of the engineering team, designing and building high-quality software that directly supports business goals. You'll work across the full stack and help shape technical decisions while staying close to business stakeholders., As the Senior Software Engineer you will be doing:

-Designing, developing and maintaining scalable web applications

-Writing clean, efficient code across front end and back end

-Working closely with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements

-Contributing to architecture decisions and technical direction

-Using AI tools (such as Claude Code) to speed up development and improve quality

-Mentoring more junior engineers and supporting best practices across the team
