 * Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and end-to-end project delivery
 * Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD
 * Strong understanding of UX methodologies, user research and usability principles
 * Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows and customer journey maps
 * Ability to interpret user behaviour and business requirements to develop effective design solutions
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
 * Experience working within agile product development environments would be advantageous
 * Passion for creating accessible, engaging and intuitive digital experiences

## Description

* Lead UX design initiatives across web and mobile platforms
 * Conduct user research, analyse insights and translate findings into intuitive user journeys
 * Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
 * Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers and key stakeholders throughout the design process
 * Develop and maintain user-centred design solutions that balance customer needs with business objectives
 * Facilitate usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements
 * Ensure consistency across products through the application of design systems and best practice
 * Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders with confidence and clarity
 * Support continuous optimisation of customer experiences through data-driven design decisions
